Delicious and interesting menus using local, fresh produce

We also try and incorporate some local African dishes such a Sakuma Wiki. This is made from Maize flour and spinach and is a very traditional dish eaten across East Africa – we can tell you more when you get here!

Vegetables, fruit and herbs are picked freshly each day and incorporated into our menus.

We like our guests to feel at home and our kitchen staff are happy for guests to join them in the kitchen swapping stories and seeing what they are up to. If you have a favorite dish do let us know and we will include it in our menu.

One thing I can promise you is that you will not go hungry! Luckily you can work it all off riding our horses, walking, archery competitions or having a polo lesson.
